Unfortunately, due to marked increases in the cost of fuel , grain, and hops prices over the past three years that we have been open, Depot Street Brewing has no choice but to raise the Retail cost of the beer. Grain prices are expected to grow an additional 30% or more in the near future as both more farmland is devoted to biofuel production and the growing seasons are disrupted with the changing weather. This seems to be a global situation as the cost of both foreign and domestic grains and hops are increasing.
We will do our best to hold down prices as this affects us all.
